Storefront, purchase, license, and acceptable-use terms for Mystic's Boutique digital products and content.
Using this site and its products
By browsing the site, purchasing a product, or downloading content, you agree to the terms that apply at that time, including any product-specific license displayed on the listing. If product-specific terms conflict with this general summary, the more specific product terms control for that product.
You must provide accurate purchase and account information and be legally able to enter the transaction. Do not use the site to interfere with service, test unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or violate another person's rights.
Digital product licenses
A purchase grants the license stated on the product page; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying asset, artwork, texture, model, brand, or storefront content. Personal and commercial license tiers are not interchangeable. Use on public, free, paid, commissioned, or personal avatars is allowed only when the selected license says so.
- Do not leak, resell, trade, republish, or redistribute source packages, FBX files, textures, or editable assets.
- Do not extract assets from completed avatars or make them available as standalone resources.
- Edits and retextures do not erase the original license, ownership, or credit obligations.
- Commission participants must follow the ownership requirements stated for the product; do not send source files to an unlicensed party.
- Use the storefront gift process when purchasing for another person rather than sharing your own files.
- Provide creator and product credit wherever the selected license requires it.
Many products are intended for VRChat. Use in another game, application, promotional project, dataset, or generative-AI workflow requires permission when the listing does not expressly allow it. The existing store terms prohibit AI-related promotion or generation using the products.
Compatibility, delivery, and disputes
Digital assets may require specific Unity, SDK, shader, VRCFury, or avatar-base versions. Read the listing before purchase and maintain a project backup. Screenshots demonstrate presentation, not guaranteed compatibility with every custom project or future platform release.
Because digital products can be delivered immediately, refund rights may be limited by the storefront policy and applicable law. Contact support with the product name, order reference, Unity version, dependency versions, and reproducible error details. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Site text, branding, original product media, and editorial content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Links to third-party resources do not make Mystic's Boutique responsible for their availability, terms, or content. These terms may be updated prospectively; the effective date above records the current edition.
