▪ Usage is allowed on PERSONAL projects only

▪ No Part of assets purchased are to be leaked, resold, traded, published online, shared with friends or partners, or redistributed for any purpose, except for on a completed model.

▪ Listings for avatars including my assets are REQUIRED to be credited with link to the product used, not just to the store please!

▪ You are allowed to make edits to meshes/textures, but you cannot claim the asset as your own!

▪ Assets can be used on commissioned models, but your customer cannot remove the asset off the finished product.

▪ Assets are for VRChat ONLY unless given permission personally. Please contact me via discord for this.

▪ At the time of purchase, Discord and VRChat username are to be filled out with all the correct information!

▪ PLEASE DO NOT USE MY PRODUCTS IN ANY AI RELATED PROMOTION OR GENERATION!! 

▪ Must have blender/unity knowledge upon purchase!

▪ Any usage of my assets on your products REQUIRES you to credit either back to my store or to my original listing.

▪ You may edit, retexture, etc, however, you are NOT ALLOWED to resell any part of my assets nor resell retextures/DLC without explicit permission.

▪ You do not have permission to share my products, I am able to track my products please don't be the person that leaks my stuff ♡ ₍^. ̫.^₎

▪ ALL AVATARS ARE PERSONAL USE ONLY!

▪ All avatars are made to be SFW! 

▪ When purchasing an avatar for someone else you must use the gift function.

▪ Absolutely NO sharing of the package(s), uploading for someone other than yourself, sending the unity package(s) or fbx(s), texture or asset over any message system or uploading platforms.

▪ You are not allowed to take assets off of any models. you must purchase the items from the original source provided in credits(some items may be made for me and may not be for sale).

▪ You cannot upload any of my models publicly.

▪ If the avatar is used in a commission (Uploading, unity edits, blender edits, converting for vtube streaming, ect) both parties must own the model.

▪ Do not claim as your own.

▪ Price splitting is prohibited, please come to me via discord and we can figure things out!

▪ Conversions of my avatars for R18+ use is allowed as you and the model are an adult. ( Commission rules still apply)

▪ Absolutely NO NSFW features are allow to be added to chibis.

▪ Any images, photos or videos upload in dont require credit, but HIGHLY appreciated :D! I love seeing all the pretty photos
